Born from an ancient passion, Pastifcio Graziano is located in Manocalzati, in the shadow of the Monti Picentini, an untouched natural environment in the Irpinia region. Its production philosophy evolves in the wake of the tradition of Neapolitan pasta masters, while retaining the characteristics of the native terroir. The love for the territory and its gastronomic culture materializes in authentic pasta, because it is produced with 100% Italian ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water and the wisdom of the pasta makers. In fact, Pastifcio Graziano produces high quality dry pasta exclusively in typical regional formats from local raw materials.
