CHITARRINE WITH DRY INK

These are surely the most special Chitarrines. In an intense black that seduces through the food cellophane window, they seem to want to jump out of the straw paper frame to immediately immerse themselves in the cooking water and thus triumph in an even more brilliant black, a real delight for the eyes.
When you smell the cooking steam, you can smell the imperceptible smell of squid ink which makes them so original. Enhanced with white fish sauces, they also go very well with vegetables and extra virgin olive oil.
Format: 250g / Cooking time 4-6 minutes
