Passata is an Italian tomato-based sauce often used as a base for various dishes. Made by passing ripe, juicy tomatoes through a sieve or food mill to remove the skins and seeds, passata is characterized by its smooth texture and vibrant red color.
All tomatoes are always carefully harvested at the peak of their ripeness and immediately processed fresh. Optimally ripened, fresh and prepared in small units with a few other selected ingredients, this means one thing above all: obtaining tomato sauces that taste homemade and have the aroma and taste of southern Italy.
