The Giusti white sweet and sour condiment is based on the gentle pressing of Trebbiano grapes, whose juice is particularly sweet. It is then mixed with high quality white wine vinegars and then matured in French oak and ash barrels. This method preserves the more fruity and floral aromas of the grape variety to create a very smooth condiment thanks to the contrast between the low acidity and the sweet notes of yellow fruits and dried citrus fruits. Fresh and balanced, the product is extremely versatile and simple to use.
