Since 1948, our truffles have told the story of Tenuta San Pietro a Pettine. Traveling beyond the borders of Umbrian tradition, living up to the creativity of the best chefs and igniting the wonder of the most demanding palates around the world.
Preserving a product like truffle is not an easy task. Our more than 60 years of experience have taught us to carefully select ripe, flawless truffles. We process them immediately after each hunt and add other essences such as Marsala wine to help keep the organoleptic characteristics of the truffle itself as unchanged as possible.
