The company was founded in the 1970s, after years of research and systematic studies on typical Italian food products, their shapes, packaging, names and communication system. Over time, the company has grown without forgetting respect for processing methods, some of which are still entirely manual.
It is a format from the south of Italy. The section is round with a thickness less than that of the most famous Spaghetti. Hot or cold sauces based on fresh tomatoes, vegetables, with extra virgin olive oil and the addition of garlic, chili pepper and anchovies, but also sauces based on shellfish and fruit of sea are particularly tasty and adapted to this format.
